WebGetAttribute.RequestFormat Property

Gets and sets the RequestFormat property.

public WebMessageFormat RequestFormat { get; set; }

Property Value

Type: System.ServiceModel.Web.WebMessageFormat
One of the WebMessageFormat enumeration values.

This property determines the format of requests made to a service operation. The two possible values are Xml and Json.

The following example shows how to set the RequestFormat property.

[WebGet(UriTemplate = "Div?x={x}&y={y}", RequestFormat = WebMessageFormat.Xml)]
long Divide(long x, long y);
