EndpointAddress.Identity Property

Gets the identity for the endpoint used to authenticate it.

Property Value

Type: System.ServiceModel.EndpointIdentity
The EndpointIdentity for the endpoint.

Provides an identity that enables the authentication of an endpoint by other endpoints that exchange messages with it.

		EndpointIdentity endpointIdentity =
		EndpointAddress endpointAddress = new EndpointAddress(
			new Uri
			endpointIdentity, addressHeaders);

		EndpointIdentity identity = endpointAddress.Identity;
