Gets or sets the transport address that is used to send messages through the client.
Assembly: System.ServiceModel (in System.ServiceModel.dll)
Set the property to specify a transport address for messages when the immediate destination of messages is not the client's Uri. This enables you to specify SOAP intermediaries and handle scenarios in which the value of the Uri property of the client is a logical name.
It is this value that the System.ServiceModel.Description.ClientViaBehavior sets from a configuration file.
