Property Value

Type: System::TimeSpan

The default TimeSpan that specifies how long the open operation has to complete before timing out.

This value is set when creating a new ChannelFactoryBase object. The default ChannelFactoryBase() constructor sets the DefaultOpenTimeout property to a value of 1 minute. Use ChannelFactoryBase(IDefaultCommunicationTimeouts^) if you want to specify another value for this timeout.
