AddressAlreadyInUseException Class

The exception that is thrown when an address is unavailable because it is already in use.

Namespace:  System.ServiceModel
Assembly:  System.ServiceModel (in System.ServiceModel.dll)

public class AddressAlreadyInUseException : CommunicationException

This exception derives from CommunicationException that represents a class of recoverable errors that may be thrown during communication between endpoints and that robust Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) client and service applications are expected to handle. To prevent a handler for CommunicationException from catching the more specific AddressAlreadyInUseException, catch this exception prior to handling CommunicationException.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
