AlgorithmIdentifier Members

The AlgorithmIdentifier class defines the algorithm used for a cryptographic operation.

The AlgorithmIdentifier type exposes the following members.

Public method AlgorithmIdentifier Overloaded.

Public method Equals Determines whether the specified Object is equal to the current Object. (Inherited from Object.)
Protected method Finalize Allows an object to try to free resources and perform other cleanup operations before it is reclaimed by garbage collection. (Inherited from Object.)
Public method GetHashCode Serves as a hash function for a particular type. (Inherited from Object.)
Public method GetType Gets the type of the current instance. (Inherited from Object.)
Protected method MemberwiseClone Creates a shallow copy of the current Object. (Inherited from Object.)
Public method ToString Returns a string that represents the current object. (Inherited from Object.)

Public property KeyLength The KeyLength property sets or retrieves the key length, in bits. This property is not used for algorithms that use a fixed key length.
Public property Oid The Oid property sets or retrieves the Oid object that specifies the object identifier for the algorithm.
Public property Parameters The Parameters property sets or retrieves any parameters required by the algorithm.
