ISurrogateSelector.ChainSelector Method

Specifies the next ISurrogateSelector for surrogates to examine if the current instance does not have a surrogate for the specified type and assembly in the specified context.

Type: System.Runtime.Serialization.ISurrogateSelector
The next surrogate selector to examine.

SecurityException

The caller does not have the required permission.

This method is protected by a SecurityAction.LinkDemand for the SecurityPermission with the SecurityPermissionFlag.SerializationFormatter specified.
