Formatter.WriteValueType Method

When overridden in a derived class, writes a value of the given type to the stream already attached to the formatter.

The Formatter type is not CLS-compliant. For more information about CLS compliance, see What is the Common Language Specification.

The object representing the value type.
The name of the member.
The Type of the value type.
