MetaData::ConvertCodeSourceStreamToAssemblyFile Method

Compiles specified code source streams into a run-time assembly file.

Namespace:  System.Runtime.Remoting.MetadataServices
Assembly:  System.Runtime.Remoting (in System.Runtime.Remoting.dll)

static void ConvertCodeSourceStreamToAssemblyFile(
	ArrayList^ outCodeStreamList, 
	String^ assemblyPath, 
	String^ strongNameFilename
)

Parameters

outCodeStreamList
Type: System.Collections::ArrayList
A ArrayList of streams with the source code.
assemblyPath
Type: System::String
The location where the new run-time assembly is generated.
strongNameFilename
Type: System::String
The strong name to compile into the new run-time assembly. Can be String::Empty.

NoteNote

If a file with the specified name already exists, it is overwritten.

Supported in: 4, 3.5 SP1
