This enumeration has a FlagsAttribute attribute that allows a bitwise combination of its member values.

| PARAMFLAG_FLCID | The parameter is the local identifier of a client application. | |
| PARAMFLAG_FOPT | The parameter is optional. | |
| PARAMFLAG_FOUT | The parameter returns information from the callee to the caller. | |
| PARAMFLAG_FRETVAL | The parameter is the return value of the member. | |
| PARAMFLAG_NONE | Does not specify whether the parameter passes or receives information. |
