Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the IsSpecialName property.

true if the Type has a name that requires special handling; otherwise, false.
Remarks
This property is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.
The Type.IsSpecialName property gets a value indicating whether the Type has a name that requires special handling.
