Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the GetBaseDefinition() method.

A MethodInfo object for the first implementation of this method.
Remarks
This method is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code and should not be called from managed code.
The GetBaseDefinition method returns the MethodInfo object for the method on the direct or indirect base class in which the method represented by this instance was first declared.
