_MethodBase.IsFamilyAndAssembly Property

Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the IsFamilyAndAssembly property.

Property Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if access to this method is restricted to members of the class itself and to members of derived classes that are in the same assembly; otherwise, false.

This property is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code and should not be called from managed code.

The IsFamilyAndAssembly property gets a value indicating whether this method can be called by members of the class itself and by derived classes if they are in the same assembly
