Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the IsSpecialName property.

true if the SpecialName attribute is set in FieldAttributes; otherwise, false.
Remarks
This property is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.
The IsSpecialName property gets a value indicating whether the corresponding SpecialName attribute is set in the FieldAttributes enumerator.
