Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the IsHideBySig property.

true if the member is hidden by signature; otherwise, false.
Remarks
This method is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.
The IsHideBySig property gets a value indicating whether only a member of the same kind with exactly the same signature is hidden in the derived class.
