IResourceReader Interface
Provides the base functionality to read data from resource files.
Assembly: mscorlib (in mscorlib.dll)

Implement this interface when you need to control the way in which a resource file is read (for example, if the resouce file was written using a customized ResourceWriter). Otherwise, use the default ResourceReader or ResXResourceReader.
See Encoding and Localization for details on the default resource file format.
