Type: System.Reflection.Emit.MethodBuilder
A MethodBuilder object that represents the other method.

Exception	Condition
ArgumentNullException	mdBuilder is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
InvalidOperationException	CreateType has been called on the enclosing type.
