FileWebRequest::RequestUri Property

Gets the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) of the request.

Property Value

Type: System::Uri^

A Uri that contains the URI of the request.

The following code example uses the RequestUri property to get the URI of the request.

// Compare the file name and 'RequestUri' is same or not.
if ( myFileWebRequest->RequestUri->Equals( myUrl ) )
   // 'GetRequestStream' method returns the stream handler for writing into the file.
   Stream^ readStream = myFileWebRequest->GetRequestStream();
   // Write to the stream
   readStream->Write( byteArray, 0, userInput->Length );
