Creates a thread-safe wrapper around the specified TextWriter.

Parameters

writer: Type: System.IO::TextWriter^
The TextWriter to synchronize.

Return Value

Type: System.IO::TextWriter^

A thread-safe wrapper.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
ArgumentNullException	writer is null.
