GZipStream::Write Method

Writes compressed bytes to the underlying stream from the specified byte array.

Parameters

array
Type: array<System::Byte>
The buffer that contains the data to compress.
offset
Type: System::Int32
The byte offset in array at which the compressed bytes will be placed.
count
Type: System::Int32
The maximum number of compressed bytes to write.

ExceptionCondition
ObjectDisposedException

The write operation cannot be performed because the stream is closed.

The write might not occur immediately but is buffered until the buffer size is reached or until the Flush or Close method is called.
