An IList<T> of type Claim that contains the set of claims to add to.

Remarks

The AddClaimsToList(IList<Claim>) method adds a claim to the claims parameter for each action specified in the SamlActions property. Each claim that is added to the collection is based on the action, and the ClaimType, Resource, and AccessDecision properties. The claim resource type is SamlAuthorizationDecisionClaimResource.
