Creates claims from a collection of SAML 2.0 statements and adds them to the specified subject.

Parameters

statements
Type: System.Collections.ObjectModel.Collection<Saml2Statement>

A collection of Saml2Statement from which the claims are created.

subject
Type: System.Security.Claims.ClaimsIdentity

The subject to which the claims are added.

issuer
Type: System.String

The issuer.
