keyIdentifierClause is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Classes that derive from the SecurityTokenSerializer class must override the CanWriteKeyIdentifierClauseCore method. The CanWriteKeyIdentifierClause method calls the CanWriteKeyIdentifierClauseCore method.
