Gets or sets the token for the identity on behalf of which the request is being made.

A SecurityTokenElement that contains the token of the identity for which the request is being made.
Remarks
Represents the contents of the wst:OnBehalfOf element. This optional element indicates that the requestor is making the request on behalf of another identity.
