In a set operation, the value assigned is less than 99.

This property overrides Calendar.TwoDigitYearMax.

Because the year in the Taiwan calendar is typically less than four digits long, the value of the TwoDigitYearMax property is set to 99 by default and does not affect the return value of ToFourDigitYear.
