CompareInfo.Equals Method

Determines whether the specified object is the same instance as the current CompareInfo.

Parameters

value
The object to compare with the current CompareInfo.

Return Value

true if the specified object is the same instance as the current CompareInfo; otherwise, false.

Remarks

This method overrides Object.Equals.

If a security decision depends on a string comparison or a case-change operation, use the InvariantCulture to ensure that the behavior will be consistent regardless of the culture settings of the system.
