Returns the path for the SOAP bin directory.

	string rootWebServer,
	string inBaseUrl,
	string inVirtualRoot,
	out string binPath
)

Parameters

rootWebServer
Type: System.String

The root Web server.

inBaseUrl
Type: System.String

The base URL address.

inVirtualRoot
Type: System.String

The name of the virtual root.

binPath
Type: System.String

When this method returns, this parameter contains the file path for the SOAP virtual root bin directory.

Exception Condition
SecurityException

A caller in the call chain does not have permission to access unmanaged code.

PlatformNotSupportedException

The SOAP utility is not available.

ServicedComponentException

The call to get the system directory failed.

SecurityPermission

for the ability to access unmanaged code. Associated enumeration: SecurityPermissionFlag.UnmanagedCode
