PrintDocument.OnQueryPageSettings Method

Raises the QueryPageSettings event. It is called immediately before each PrintPage event.

[Visual Basic]
Protected Overridable Sub OnQueryPageSettings( _
   ByVal e As QueryPageSettingsEventArgs _
)
[C#]
protected virtual void OnQueryPageSettings(
 QueryPageSettingsEventArgs e
);
[C++]
protected: virtual void OnQueryPageSettings(
 QueryPageSettingsEventArgs* e
);
[JScript]
protected function OnQueryPageSettings(
   e : QueryPageSettingsEventArgs
);

Parameters

e
A QueryPageSettingsEventArgs that contains the event data.

Remarks

The OnQueryPageSettings method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.

When a derived class calls the OnQueryPageSettings method, it raises the QueryPageSettings event by invoking the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Raising an Event.

Notes to Inheritors:  When overriding OnQueryPageSettings in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnQueryPageSettings method so that registered delegates receive the event.
