Inserts the specified ActiveDirectorySite object into this collection at the specified index.

Exception Condition
ActiveDirectoryOperationException

A call to the underlying directory service resulted in an error.

ArgumentException

The object already exists in the collection.

ArgumentNullException

site is null.

ArgumentOutOfRangeException

The index specified is out of range of the collection.

InvalidOperationException

The ActiveDirectorySite object has not yet been saved in the Active Directory Domain Services store.
