Namespace:   System
Assembly:  mscorlib (in mscorlib.dll)

property int Second {
	int get();

Property Value

Type: System::Int32

The second component of the DateTimeOffset object, expressed as an integer value between 0 and 59.

The Second property is not affected by the value of the Offset property.

You can also create a string representation of a DateTimeOffset object's second component by calling the ToString method with the "s", or "ss" custom format specifiers.

The following example displays the second component of a DateTimeOffset object in three different ways:

  • By retrieving the value of the Second property.

  • By calling the ToString(String^) method with the "s" format specifier.

  • By calling the ToString(String^) method with the "ss" format specifier.
