DateTimeOffset::Second Property
Gets the second component of the clock time represented by the current DateTimeOffset object.

Property Value
Type: System::Int32The second component of the DateTimeOffset object, expressed as an integer value between 0 and 59.
The Second property is not affected by the value of the Offset property.
You can also create a string representation of a DateTimeOffset object's second component by calling the ToString method with the "s", or "ss" custom format specifiers.
The following example displays the second component of a DateTimeOffset object in three different ways:
By retrieving the value of the Second property.
By calling the ToString(String) method with the "s" format specifier.
By calling the ToString(String) method with the "ss" format specifier.
