ObjectContextOptions.UseLegacyPreserveChangesBehavior Property

Gets or sets a Boolean value that determines whether to use the legacy PreserveChanges behavior.

Property Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if the legacy PreserveChanges behavior should be used; otherwise, false.

When loading objects into the object context with the PreserveChanges option there is a difference in behavior between the .NET Framework version 4 and .NET Framework version 3.5 SP1.
