DataColumnChangeEventHandler Delegate

Represents the method that will handle the ColumnChanging event.

Namespace:   System.Data
Assembly:  System.Data (in System.Data.dll)

public delegate void DataColumnChangeEventHandler(
	object sender,
	DataColumnChangeEventArgs e

Type: System.Object

The source of the event.

Type: System.Data.DataColumnChangeEventArgs

A DataColumnChangeEventArgs that contains the event data.

When you create a DataColumnChangeEventHandler delegate, you identify the method that will handle the event. To associate the event with your event handler, add an instance of the delegate to the event. The event handler is called whenever the event occurs, until you remove the delegate. For more information about delegates, see NIB: Events and Delegates.

The declaration of your event handler must have the same parameters as the DataColumnChangeEventHandler delegate declaration.
