EdmFunctions.Ceiling Method

Creates a DbFunctionExpression that invokes the canonical 'Ceiling' function with the specified argument, which must each have a single, double or decimal result type. The result type of the expression is the same as the result type of value.

A new DbFunctionExpression that returns the smallest integer value not less than than value.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type DbExpression. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see Extension Methods (Visual Basic) or Extension Methods (C# Programming Guide).
