ProviderBase::Name Property

Gets the friendly name used to refer to the provider during configuration.

Property Value

Type: System::String
The friendly name used to refer to the provider during configuration.

The recommended pattern for this string is: [Provider Creator][Implementation Type][Feature]Provider. Although the Description property also provides a friendly description, the Name property is used as an identifier for the provider.
