LongValidator.Validate Method

Determines whether the value of an object is valid.

Parameters

value
Type: System.Object

The value of an object.

The LongValidator class contains the rules necessary to validate an Int64 object. The rules are established when an instance of the LongValidator class is created. The object to validate is passed as a parameter of the Validate method.

The following code example demonstrates how to use the Validate method. This code example is part of a larger example provided for the LongValidator class.
