ConfigurationSection.DeserializeSection Method

This API supports the .NET Framework infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Reads XML from the configuration file.

Parameters

reader
Type: System.Xml.XmlReader

The XmlReader object, which reads from the configuration file.

ExceptionCondition
ConfigurationErrorsException

reader found no elements in the configuration file.

Deserialization refers to the reading of XML data from a configuration file, its transformation into real-time data, and its storage in an object.
