IReferenceService.GetName Method

Gets the name of the specified component.

Type: System.Object

The object to return the name of.

Return Value

Type: System.String
The name of the object referenced, or null if the object reference is not valid.

The name of each component sited in a design time project is set in the Name property of the ISite where the component is sited.
