ComponentDesigner::Verbs Property
Gets the design-time verbs supported by the component that is associated with the designer.

Type: System.ComponentModel.Design::DesignerVerbCollectionA DesignerVerbCollection of DesignerVerb objects, or nullptr if no designer verbs are available. This default implementation always returns nullptr.

IDesigner::VerbsThis method returns nullptr if the component has no design-time verbs.
The design-time environment typically displays verbs returned by this method in a shortcut (right-click) menu. When a user selects one of the verbs, the Invoke method of the corresponding DesignerVerb is invoked.
