Gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether the AttachedProperty is browsable.

true if the AttachedProperty is browsable; otherwise, false.
Remarks
The primary impact of setting this to true is that the AttachedProperty will be discoverable within the Properties collection of the ModelItem to which it is attached.
