An object that exposes an event should provide an instance of this class as an event argument.
After the event is raised, the isOverriden method should be called to check whether the default behavior has been overridden and to skip the default behavior if that is appropriate.
The event handler should detect whether the standard behavior should be overridden. If the standard behavior should be overridden, the event handler should implement the customized behavior and then call the markAsOverridden method.
