XhtmlControlAdapter::ConditionalEnterStyle Method (XhtmlMobileTextWriter^, Style^, String^)
Writes the opening tag of the specified element, along with attributes that implement the layout and character formatting of the specified style, if certain conditions are met. This API is obsolete. The ConditionalEnterStyle method writes the opening tag and style attributes if the following conditions are met:
The CssLocation property does not represent a physical file.
The target Device does not require suppression of cascading style sheet styles.
This method is primarily used by the .NET Framework internally.
