RetailTransactionServiceOrders::createPackingSlip Method [AX 2012]
Method is used for creating the PackingSlip for sales order transaction.

Warehouse for which to create the packing list.

Container with the value true and empty string if the PackingSlip creation is success; else false wih the appropriate string message.
