The total invoiced revenue for all the transaction types for a project or all projects.

This method can be used to determine either the actual amount or the budgeted amount. It also caches this value and does not recalculate if a value exists in the cache. The total invoiced revenue is determined by the following summation: a110_Invoiced_Revenue_Hour + a115_Invoiced_Revenue_Item + a120_Invoiced_Revenue_Expenses + a125_Invoiced_Revenue_Revenue + a135_Invoiced_Revenue_OnAccount
