Returns a new instance of ProjPost for posting ledger entries.

Parameters

_buffer
Type: Common Table
The table for the transaction type.

Return Value

Type: ProjPost Class
A new ProjPost object for posting from period transactions.

This method is only valid for the following tables:

  • InventJournalTrans

  • LedgerJournalTrans

  • ProjCostTrans

  • ProjEmpTrans

  • ProjItemTrans

  • ProjJournalTrans

  • ProjRevenueTrans

  • PurchLine

Passing any other table in the _buffer parameter will throw the error: Project posting is not implemented for this type.
