_projBudgetAdjustmentType
Type: ProjBudgetAdjustmentType Enumeration
The ProjBudgetAdjustmentType enumeration value that indicates the budget amounts to adjust.

Return Value

Type: boolean
true if the budget is adjusted; otherwise, false.

This method will either increase or decrease the budget amounts depending on the _projAdjustmentType parameter. The transaction ID is made optional to identify the current transaction from the set of objects in the ProjBudgetTransactionLines class.
