Updates the ReqRouteJob records of the planned order with given RefId and PlanVersion, based on the sequenced capacity reservations that were already copied to the WrkCtrCapRes table.

Type: InventRefId Extended Data Type
The Id of the planned order for which jobs should be updated.
_planVersion
Type: RecId Extended Data Type
The plan version of the planned order.

ExceptionCondition
Error

Thrown if there is a mismatch between capacity reservations and jobs, i.e., there is a certain number of expected jobs (based on sequenced capacity reservations) but the number of jobs found differs (jobs in ReqRouteJob).
