PmfReqCalcExplodePlanning.createProcessTasks Method [AX 2012]

The tasks inserted here should resemble those inserted in the main ReqCalc class except that the following tasks are not needed: Pre-Futures, Pre-Actions, Auto-Coverage, Update dynamic plan, Autofirming, and Statistics.
