PayrollW2ReportDP.addLocalLine Method [AX 2012]

Adds the given information to the list of local lines.

If the local line is a political sub-division (PSD) line, the list is searched to see if any existing local lines share the same first two digits.

If none exist, or if the line is not a PSD line, the local line is added to the list normally.
