For garnishment benefits, the definition of disposable income is total wages minus allowed earning reduction, minus taxes, minus allowed benefit deductions.

If the DisposableIncome field in the PayrollWorkerGarnishment table is empty, the allowed earning reduction and the benefit deduction are 0 (zero); otherwise, the allowed earning reduction is the sum of earnings that are defined in PayrollDisposableIncomeEarning records, and the allowed benefit deduction is the sum of benefit deductions that are defined in PayrollDisposableIncomeBenefit records.

For tax levy benefits, the definition of disposable income is total wages minus taxes, minus worker enrolled benefits that have a higher calculation priority number.
